Hello everyone.
I would like to know what happens to my license if my PC breaks down and cannot be repaired.
The license is tied to the device. Can it be transferred to another device, or do I have to purchase a new one for $249?

Hi, we want to transfer the license from one pc to another for W11 compliancy.
I mailed to Support@easydnc.com twice under Matthijs.****@marel.com but I didn't receive a reply.
Could you help me with transferring the license?

we replied to your email on the 14th of October 2025 and on the 12th of January 2026. You need to check your spam filter.
